Why I Started Luxe Loo Cincy: A Love Letter to Beautiful Bathrooms Everywhere

By Sadie Healy

If you’ve ever hosted an outdoor event — a wedding, a graduation, or even a backyard gathering — you know how much time, energy, and money goes into creating something memorable. After 15+ years of planning events, I’ve seen the behind-the-scenes reality: people pour their hearts into every detail. The flowers. The food. The flow of the evening. The guest experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

But for all of that effort, one thing never seemed to match the level of care being invested everywhere else: the bathrooms.

And I just couldn’t accept that.

Not on my watch.

I love an outdoor event — truly. There is nothing like the atmosphere, the beauty, the joy of celebrating under the open sky. But I also knew the restroom experience could rise to the same standard of luxury, comfort, and thoughtfulness as the rest of the celebration.

Guests shouldn’t have to brace themselves before walking into a restroom.
Hosts shouldn’t have to apologize for something they didn’t choose.
And bathrooms shouldn’t be the forgotten detail in an otherwise elevated event.

So I set out to change that — to create a restroom experience that felt just as intentional, elegant, and guest-friendly as every other part of the day.

That’s how Luxe Loo Cincy was born.

If you build it they will come:

Cincinnati had dozens of stunning outdoor venues, wildly talented event planners, and hosts who genuinely valued the guest experience. But it had zero woman-owned luxury restroom companies, and none that were committed to the level of customer service, design, and cleanliness I knew people deserved.

So I did what any reasonable person would do:
I bought a trailer.

Then another.
Then another.

Each one with its own personality, its own polished details, and enough décor to qualify for its own Instagram aesthetic.

And here’s the thing: yes, there were already restroom trailer vendors in Cincinnati. But they were all owned by men, and the experience reflected that. Trailers weren’t cleaned upon delivery. Customer service was… let’s say “minimal.” Décor was nonexistent. And the overall vibe? Definitely not Pinterest-worthy.

It always felt like:
“Here’s your trailer. Good luck.”

Meanwhile, the events themselves were gorgeous — styled tablescapes, thoughtful color palettes, signature cocktails, elevated menus. Every detail was intentional… except the bathrooms, which felt like an afterthought at best.

Why? Because details matter.

Call it my event-planner brain or my consultant mindset — but I wanted a restroom experience that felt like stepping into a boutique, not a utility closet.

So Luxe Loo became about the things other vendors weren’t doing:

✨ Fresh, intentional décor (not “just functional”) on the interior and exterior
✨ Scent diffusers that smell like heaven, not chemicals
✨ Soft, flattering lighting
✨ Real mirrors guests can actually use
✨ Thoughtful styling that matches your event
✨ And of course — cleaning done after delivery, not “whenever we get around to it”

Above all, I wanted everything to be as luxe as every other aspect of your event.

But the real reason? It’s simple.

Events are about people.
Comfort matters.
And as a woman who will always cherish memories of giggling with my girlfriends in a bathroom, I wanted to create that space for mobile restroom rentals.

Now, every time someone steps out of a Luxe Loo and says,
"Oh my gosh, you have to come and see how cute this is!"
I know I’ve done my job.

So that’s the story.

Luxe Loo Cincy started because I believe Cincinnati deserves elevated events — from the dance floor to the dessert table to the… yes… restrooms.

It’s classy, it’s comfortable, it’s woman-owned, and it’s driven by a genuine love of celebrating life’s big (and small) moments.

And if you ever doubted that a bathroom could inspire passion, creativity, and laughter — well, here we are.

Thanks for being part of this journey.
And remember:
A great event is only as good as its bathroom.
(Trust me. Your guests agree.)
