What is a luxury restroom trailer?
Our luxury restroom trailers feature climate control, upscale finishes, flushing toilets, running sinks and modern amenities—perfect for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and upscale outdoor gatherings where comfort and cleanliness matter.
What's the difference between a porta potty and a luxury restroom trailer?
A porta potty is a single stand-alone unit with no water, climate control, or décor. Our luxury restroom trailers include flushing toilets, real sinks with running water, air conditioning and heat, curated décor, and full-length mirrors.
Booking & Availability
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date. Our trailers often book out months in advance — especially during wedding event season (September & October)
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your trailer. The remaining balance is due before your event.
Do you service winter events?

Trailer Sizing & Event Needs
How many guests can one trailer accommodate?
We size trailers based on guest count and event length. A helpful rule of thumb for a 6-hour event is:
Petite 2-Stall: up to 150 guests
Trio 3-Stall: up to 250 guests
Grand 5-Stall: 300+ guests or high-traffic events

Are your restrooms wheelchair accessible?
At this time, our trailers are not ADA compliant. If your event requires accessibility accommodations, we can help you explore partner options.
What do the trailers require?
Our luxury restroom trailers require one standard 20-amp outlet and a garden hose connection for water. Winter events have different power needs — see below for details.
What kind of power do the trailers require?
Spring, Summer, and Fall events only need one standard 20-amp outlet. Winter events require multiple 20-amp outlets or a 50-amp outlet depending on the trailer size to run the heater.
If a 20-amp outlet isn't available, let us know and we can discuss generator options! We are happy to provide a complimentary generator with a full tank of unleaded gasoline and it typically runs 6-10 hours. If your event is longer than that, we ask clients to refuel it as needed. Just let us know at booking so we can plan for it.
Do you provide extension cords?
Yes — Luxe Loo provides a 100 ft. extension cord. If your placement is farther than 100 ft., please let us know so we can discuss options.
What water source is required?
A standard garden hose connection is all we need. We fill the onboard tank before your event starts, then disconnect the hose. You're set with running water for the entire event, no hose required once we're locked in. If water isn't available on-site, we can normally bring fresh water for a fee.
Where can the trailer be placed?
We can typically place trailers on flat, stable ground — grass, gravel, or pavement all work well. Steep grades, very soft or saturated ground, and tight terrain can limit exact placement, so tell us about your site ahead of time and we'll walk you through what's realistic — no surprises on delivery day.
What's included in a Luxe Loo restroom rental?
All of our rentals include setup, curated décor, Charmin toilet paper, paper towels, soap, lotion, mints, lint rollers, outdoor rugs, and our signature yellow bistro set to create a comfortable, welcoming experience for your guests. Each unit is professionally cleaned, stocked, and fully set before your event begins, so everything is ready the moment guests arrive.
Do you clean the restroom before guests use it?
Absolutely.
Every Luxe Loo trailer is deep-cleaned, sanitized, and refreshed between events and then cleaned again on-site before your guests ever step inside. That includes wiping down the trailer exterior (birds happen in transit) and cleaning every indoor and outdoor rug before we arrive — nothing gets skipped between events.
(Not all restroom companies offer on-site cleaning — this is an important question to ask any vendor!)
Do you offer on-site attendants?
Yes, for an additional hourly fee. Our Concierge Service ensures the restroom is for event guests only and remains stocked, refreshed, and clean throughout the event. They are stationed outside to greet guests, monitor usage, and maintain safety.

Which types of events do you serve?
We support weddings, corporate events, backyard gatherings, festivals, fundraisers, VIP ticket upgrades, and any event where guests deserve a clean, stylish, comfortable restroom experience.
Can Luxe Loo be added as a VIP perk?
Yes! Many clients incorporate Luxe Loo access into VIP tickets for festivals and large events. This elevates the guest experience and increases the value of top-tier tickets.
Will a restroom trailer protect my septic system?
Yes! This is one of the most common reasons hosts rent from us. A backyard or farm event with 80+ guests can seriously overload a home septic system, leading to backups during or after your event. Because our trailers run on their own self-contained tank, none of your guest traffic touches your septic system at all.

When will my trailer be delivered and picked up?
We typically deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after, giving everyone time to set up and clean without rushing your event day. Delivery includes a two-hour window, and we'll need someone on-site to confirm placement, point us to your water source, and sign off before we go.

How much does it cost to rent a luxury restroom trailer in Cincinnati?
Luxe Loo Cincy's luxury restroom trailers start at $1,300 for April–October events, with three trailer sizes: the Petite 2-Stall from $1,300 (up to ~150 guests), the Trio 3-Stall from $1,600 (up to ~250 guests), and the Grand 5-Stall from $1,900 (300+ guests). Every rental includes full setup and cleaning, Charmin toilet paper, paper towels, soap, lotion, mints, lint rollers, an outdoor rug, and our signature yellow bistro set.
Final pricing depends on two factors: water access (each trailer has an onboard tank we fill from your venue's spigot at no charge — if no water source is available, we bring the water, which adds a charge) and delivery distance from our home base. Do you travel outside Cincinnati?
