What is a luxury restroom trailer?

Our luxury restroom trailers feature climate control, upscale finishes, flushing toilets, running sinks and modern amenities—perfect for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and upscale outdoor gatherings where comfort and cleanliness matter.

Booking & Availability

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date. Our trailers often book out months in advance — especially during wedding event season (September & October)

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your trailer. The remaining balance is due before your event.

Do you service winter events?

Yes! If you are hosting a winter wonderland and want your guests to have warm, cozy, and stylish restrooms We are here to help!

Trailer Sizing & Event Needs

How many guests can one trailer accommodate?

We size trailers based on guest count and event length. A helpful rule of thumb for a 6-hour event is:

Are your restrooms wheelchair accessible?

At this time, our trailers are not ADA compliant. If your event requires accessibility accommodations, we can help you explore partner options.

Do luxury restroom trailers need power and water?

What kind of power do the trailers require?

Most events only need one standard 20-amp outlet, but depending on your trailer and season, multiple power sources may be necessary. For example, when using the winter heat package, the trailer requires more consistent power to maintain a comfortable interior temperature.

If power isn’t available, let us know and we can discuss generator options!

Do you provide extension cords?

Yes — Luxe Loo provides a 100 ft. extension cord. If your placement is farther than 100 ft., please let us know so we can discuss options.

What water source is required?

A standard garden hose connection is perfect. If water is not available, we can normally provide fresh water solutions, for a fee, depending on your event and trailer selection.

Where can the trailer be placed?

We can place the trailer on most flat surfaces, including grass, gravel, and pavement. We’ll walk you through placement during your site visit or planning meeting!

What’s Included in a Luxe Loo Restroom Rental?

All of our rentals include setup, curated décor, Charmin toilet paper, paper towels, soap, lotion, mints, lint rollers, outdoor rugs, and our signature yellow bistro set to create a comfortable, welcoming experience for your guests. Each unit is professionally cleaned, stocked, and fully set before your event begins, so everything is ready the moment guests arrive.

Do you clean the restroom before guests use it?

Absolutely.
Every Luxe Loo trailer is deep-cleaned, sanitized, and refreshed between events — and then cleaned again on-site before your guests ever step inside.

(Not all restroom companies offer on-site cleaning — this is an important question to ask any vendor!)

Do you offer on-site attendants?

Yes, for an additional hourly fee. Our Concierge Service ensures the restroom is for event guests only and remains stocked, refreshed, and clean throughout the event. They are stationed outside to greet guests, monitor usage, and maintain safety.
