All we need is access to a water spigot at your venue or property so we can fill that tank before your event — and then we disconnect the hose. If your site doesn't have a water source available, no problem — we can bring the water ourselves, which is the one spot where an additional charge comes in. Either way, you'll know exactly what to expect before you book.
2. Delivery This is based on distance — how far your event is from our home base. A backyard celebration 15 minutes away and a venue an hour out aren't going to be the same, and that's the piece we tailor to you.
