What to Expect: Your Luxe Loo Logistics Email, Explained
Let's be honest — nobody wants surprises on event day. Not with the caterer, not with the weather, and definitely not with the restrooms.
That's exactly why every Luxe Loo Cincy client gets a detailed logistics email before their event. If you've booked with us and you're staring at that email wondering what all of it means, this one's for you.
What's Actually In That Email
Your logistics email isn't a form letter. It's built around your specific event — your trailer, your venue, your timeline. Here's what you'll typically find:
Your trailer, by name. Whether you've booked the Petite 2-Stall, the Trio 3-Stall, or the Grand 5-Stall, we spell it out so there's zero confusion about what's showing up. Not sure which one fits your event? Our trailer sizing guide walks through it.
Real delivery and pickup windows. During set-up we want to ensure someone is there to confirm placement, point us to the water, and sign off before our team leaves. We provide a 2-hour delivery window! Not "sometime in the afternoon" — actual time ranges. Standard service means delivery the day before your event and pickup the day after, giving everyone breathing room instead of a mad dash.
Water access confirmation. Every trailer has an onboard water tank we fill on-site from a spigot at no extra charge. If your venue doesn't have a water source, we'll flag that upfront — bringing water in requires an additional charge, and we'd rather you know that number before event day than get blindsided by it.
Generator details, if you need one. We provide the generator with a full tank. You're responsible for refueling if your event runs long. It typically lasts 4–6 hours, so if you're planning a longer event, let us know at least two weeks out so we can plan accordingly.
Same-day and after-hours notes. Need a same-day or late pickup instead of standard next-day? That's available, just let us know!
